| The Berryville Community Center serves as the focus of the City's parks system, as the Parks Director has an office there. The Community Center has and indoor pool, a walking track, a large gym, meeting rooms, a banquet hall, exercise areas, a raquetball court, dance/aerobics room and child's play area. The City's soccer field is located on the Community Center grounds as well. | |||
| Saunders Museum offers a world-class collection of historic guns and other items from the frontier period. Colonel C. Burton "Buck" Saunders assembled an amazing trove of unusal and unique guns, and upon his death, he left his legacy to the City of Berryville. | |||
| Luther Owens Park was established by the City in 1974 in order to provide a shooting range and facilities to carry on the Saunders Muzzle Load Gun Shoot. The park offers a complete shooting range plus a cabin for gatherings and parties. | |||
| The Berryville RV Park offers a great place to stay, away from the busy pace of Eureka Springs and Branson. Enjoy a moment of peace in our quiet little town and still be just a hop, skip and jump away from many Ozark attractions. Our Tourist Information Center and Chamber of Commerce office are also located nearby. | |||
| The Berryville Square still maintains its historical
place as the true center of the city. The beautiful square includes fountains, gazebos, picnic
benches and a Veterans Memorial as well as beautiful landscaping. George Pond Park serves a large number of children living in that residential area. The park offers room to run and ride bikes or just sit and relax and watch the ducks play. Area youngsters may also be found with a fishing pole in hand and a catfish on the hook! Pioneer Park, located just behind the historical square, commemorates the City's past with a log cabin containing cells from the old jail, an authentic mountain cabin transported from Osage and a building containing old presses and other newspaper equipment. The City Pool Park and A.L. Carter Ballpark offer recreational activities for everyone. The pool park not only offers playground equipment, a covered pavillion and picnic tables, but there are also tennis courts and the City pool which is open all summer and can be rented for parties. A.L. Carter Ballpark has become a great asset to the area as the fields have attracted state and regional tournaments. There are league opportunties for kids from kindergarten age through high school. Take a short drive or a hike to Saunders Heights where you can enjoy a picnic and a beautiful panoramic view of Berryville and the surrounding area. | |||
