THE BANQUET HALL & MEETING ROOMS

The Berryville Community Center offers meeting rooms and banquet facilities complete with a full-sized kitchen and stage area. The facilities can accommodate as few as 5 to as many as 375 people. Rectangular or circular tables, chairs, audiovisual equipment, production lighting, and premium sound system are available upon request. The Banquet Hall is located on the north side of the Center. It is private wing of the building, complete with its own entrance doors and ample parking. It is an excellent place for theatre presentations, formal business meetings, classes, showers, banquets, birthday parties, family reunions and more. The meeting rooms overlook the pool and provide a more casual classroom setting for everyday events. Prices vary per section or entirety of rooms/halls.

POOL PARTIES

The junior Olympic-sized, indoor, heated, 3-laned lap and multi-recreational pool is kept at a comfortable 85 degrees year-round. It is available for private parties on Saturdays from 4-6pm and Sundays from 3-5pm. Parties include the pool for two hours, lifeguards, and tables for refreshments. Alcoholic beverages, tobacco and glass containers prohibited. Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance to secure lifeguards. Parties are allowed up to 6 chaperones. All other people, swimmers, and non-swimmers will count towards the guest total. A contact person is responsible for conduct, behavior and actions of ALL participants. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 6 at all times.

GYMNASIUM EVENTS

The full-size basketball court complete with 6 goals, bleachers, and a sport court floor is available for your event. All day, hour by hour, half the court or all of the court can be rented. Alcoholic beverages, tobacco and glass containers prohibited. A contact person is responsible for behavior and actions of ALL participants.

RACQUETBALL RESERVATIONS

The racquetball court is available by reservation or walk-in. Reservations can be made in one hour increments, twice a week, no more than 7 days in advance. Racquets, balls, and goggles are available for your use.
