Next 80,000 gallons	(total 100,000 gallons)	$2.50 per 1,000 gallons
Next 200,000 gallons	(total 300,000 gallons)	$2.35 per 1,000 gallons
Over 300,000 gallons		$2.30 per 1,000 gallons
