DANCE:

Pam Stockman is offering the
following classes:

Monday
Creative Movement
5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
For 3 to 4 year-olds with
no dance experience
Beginning Ballet/Tap
6:00 7:00 p.m.
For 5 to 7 year-olds with
no or little experience
Modern Jazz/Tap
7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
For ages 11 and up

Tuesday
Intermediate Ballet/Tap I
5:00 to 6:30 p.m.
For 7 to 9 year-olds with very
little to no experience
Intermediate Ballet/ Tap II
6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
For 10 year-olds and up with at
least 2 years experience

Thursday
Beginning Ballet/Tap II
5:00 to 6:30 p.m.
For 6 & 7 year-old with
dance experience
Advanced Ballet
6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

Classes are $6.00 or $8.00

Karate
Classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings
and led by Sensei Fred Anderson. Child classes are held
from 5:00 to 6:00. p.m Adult classes are held from 6:00 to 7:30. p.m.
The cost is $40.00 per month per individual. Students should
be at lest 8 or 9 if attending with parent.

YOGA
Jack Groeck, BCC Yoga Instructor, is offering the
following classes:
Gentle Yoga
Wednesday 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
These movements can even be done from a chair for
those having difficulty with movement and balance.
$8.00 per person

Fiddle/Violin Instruction
With Dr. Frederick Mayer.
Classes are held on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
from 4:00 to 7:15 p.m. depending on age and experience.
Class price varies depending on the size of the class.

Water Aerobics
Held Monday, Wednesday and Friday
from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Led by Mrs. Emma Hamilton
$3.00 per class or $40 for 16 classes
or $30.00 for 12 classes.

BCC Power Hour
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m. Mallory
Clark instructs pre-teens/teens
ages 9 to 14 in a fun-filled fitness
program designed to make exercise
enjoyable and boost self-esteem.
$3.00 per session or $30.00 per month. Must be a BCC member to join.

Cardio Tone
Led by AFTA certified Personal Trainer
Courtney Miller
This class is a high energy workout
designed specifically
to accelerate your fat burning potential
and tone muscles
through a series of cardio and weight
training sessions.
The one-hour class is set to fun
and energetic music and
is held on Tuesday and Thursday
at 5:45 p.m. Classes are $4.00.
