Classes for BCC Members

A membership is required to participate in the following classes:

  • Aqua Aerobics, (Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:30-10:30 am)
    A water aerobic class that provides the opportunity to improve cardio fitness, condition muscles, increase flexibility, and change body composition. Participants can improve overall physical fitness while having a good time. The fee is $3 per session, OR $30 for 12 sessions.

  • Classical Ballet, Tap and Jazz, (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)
    This program is designed to offer dance to ages 3 and up. All class fees must be paid monthly.
    MONDAY: Creative Movement, 4:30-5:30 pm, ages 3-4, Ballet/Tap, 6-7 pm, ages 5-7, Beginning Ballet/Tap, 7-8 pm, ages 8-10
    TUESDAY: Advanced Ballet/Tap 4-5 pm. Ages 12+, Ballet/Tap II, 5-6:30 pm, ages 5-7, Intermediate Tap, 6:30-8 pm, ages 9+, Intermediate Ballet II, ages 9+, 6:30-8 pm
    THURSDAY: Intermediate Ballet/Tap I, 5-6:30 pm, ages 7-10, Advanced Ballet, 6:30-8 pm, ages 12+ (Schedule subject to change)

  • Gentle Yoga Days: (Wednesday, 10-11:30 am) Come join our Certified Yoga Instructor and learn how to relax and rejuvenate. This class is designed especially for early beginners, those who feel stiff and tired, or those who are recovering. The fee is $8 per class, paid monthly.
  • Gentle Yoga Evenings: (Tuesday, 6-7:30 pm) Join instructor Ramona McNeal for the much requested evening yoga class. The fee is $8 per class, paid monthly.

  • Youth Karate: (Monday and Friday, 4:30-5:15 pm) ages 6-8, $40 paid monthly, or $20 if an additional family member is enrolled.
    Sensai Mike Ledesma leads a class targeted to help kids become physically active as well as learn a martial art.
  • Karate, (Monday and Friday, 5:30-8 pm) The cost for these classes are $40 for an individual and $20 for each additional family member enrolled, paid monthly. Students should be at least 9 years old. We will take junior students at 8 years of age, if at least one parent attends class with the student. The class is taught by Sensei Fred Anderson, 4th Degree Black Belt, and Sensei Nancy Anderson, 2nd Degree Black Belt.

  • BCC Tumbling, led by Mallory Clark, is designed to develop balance, strength, and refine motor skills and control, while perfecting tumbling skills. Classes are $6 for one hour, and $8 for 1 1/2 hour classes, paid monthly.
    MONDAY: 4-5 pm, ages 7-8. 5-6 pm, ages 5-6
    TUESDAY: 4-5 pm, ages 9-12. 5-6:30 pm, ages 9-12
    WEDNESDAY: 3:30-5 pm, advanced students
